New this year: Early Bird Pricing - ends on the early bird date or after 20 sign-ups, whichever is sooner.
Early Bird payments: at least $500 must be paid at sign-up and the balance must be paid in full by the early bird date. Early bird payments must be made by Zelle or Check. Payments received after the required due dates will result in regular pricing.
Payments by Zelle are not subject to any convenience fees and are applicable for any trip operated by Winter Ski and Sport (Winter Park and Steamboat).
Payments by Zelle are not available for any trip operated by Sports America (Snowmass and Lake Tahoe).
Payments by Credit Card are subject to approximately 3.5% Convenience Fee of Total/Estimated Total Trip package for any trip operated byWinter Ski and Sport (Winter Park and Steamboat). For any trip operated by Sports America. (Snowmass and Lake Tahoe) the Convenience fee is only 3.0%.
Payments by Check are subject to a Convenience Fee of $25 for any trip operated by Winter Ski and Sport (Winter Park and Steamboat).
Payments by Check for any trip operated by Sports America should be made payable to "Sports America Tour" and mailed to their address (See trips details for payment instructions.)
We encourage everyone to purchase trip insurance.
This year the cancellation policies from our Trips providers are more restrictive. As a result we have updated our cancellation policies and we encourage everyone to read them. The cancellation policy has increased to $125 from $100 in the prior year. NOTE: refunds are not guaranteed. Also Note: if you purchase the Group Air and then decide to cancel it then refunds may not be available. Each Airline has different policies for Group air. Some have penalty fees, some provide you with a credit in the form of a voucher (with an expiration date) and others just don't allow for refunds or credits at all.
*Prices listed above exclude any fuel surcharges for Air and Ground transportation. These prices are subject to change and if imposed by the carriers, then they will need to be collected from/paid for by the trip participants.
In order to register on an LPSC trip, the participant must:
- Be a member in good standing with LPSC for the current season
- Must purchase Lodging
- Complete our trips registration process and sign the liability waiver
- Agree and abide by all LPSC trip policies
