* If any portion of your trip is paid by credit card then you will be accountable for the credit card fee.
New this year:
1) Lift Passes will not be sold by LPSC. Lift Passes must be purchased separately from either one of our Trip Providers or through Vail resorts. If you plan to ski at more than one Epic resort, then consider purchasing an EPIC pass or EPIC Local pass. Both trip providers offer trip rebates. (See details below in the EPIC pass section of our home page.)
2) We have changed our Zelle payments process to improve efficiencies in our Treasury. As a result, during the sign up process you will be asked to provide the phone number or e-mail address associated with your Zelle Account. Within two days of signing up for a trip you will be sent a Zelle payment request from PAYLPSC@GMAIL.COM Then you will have a day to accept and fulfill the payment request or risk losing your spot on the trip. The Treasurers will also send you a Zelle payment request on the date that your second and final payment is due. Again you will have a day to accept and fulfill the payment request or risk losing your spot on the trip. If you do not receive the Zelle request within 2 days of sign up or when your final payment is due, then e-mail the Treasurers at Treasurer@lincolnparkskiclub.org and CC the Trips Director at Trips@lincolnparkskiclub.org.
If you prefer to pay the entire balance in advance, then please e-mail our Treasurers and CC our Trips Director.
3) Airfare for Crested Butte will be sold separately and at a later date. Any Prices listed are subject to change as we have it in our inventory, but we are trying to upgrade our flight schedule. We will let you know when it becomes available.
Things to note this year:
Early Bird Pricing - ends on the early bird date or after the allotted number of sign-ups, whichever is sooner.
Early Bird payments: With the exception of Vail, at least $500 must be paid according to our sign-up and the balance must be paid in full by the early bird date. For Vail, at least $1000 must be paid according to our sign-up and the balance must be paid in full by 8/31/2025.
Payments received after the required due dates will result in regular pricing.
Payments by Zelle are not subject to any convenience fees.
Payments by Credit Card are subject to approximately 3.0% Convenience fee of the total trip package excluding Lift passes.
Payments by Check are subject to a Convenience Fee of $25. (See trips details for payment and mailing instructions.)
We encourage everyone to purchase trip insurance. (See trips details.** )
The cancellation fee is $125. Please read our cancellation policies (See trips details.** )
***Prices listed above exclude any fuel surcharges for Air and Ground transportation. These prices are subject to change and if imposed by the carriers, then they will need to be collected from/paid for by the trip participants.
In order to register on an LPSC trip, the participant must:
- Be a member in good standing for the current season
- Must purchase lodging
- Complete our trips registration process
- Sign the liability waiver
- Agree and abide by all LPSC trip policies
