We are glad you have decided to join us! We want every golfer to have a great round and a great time! However, we also want you to stay safe.
You are responsible for conducting yourself in accordance with CDC recommendations and all applicable State and Local requirements in effect.
In addition, please follow these LPSC procedures and requirements along with Marovitz golf course guidelines. They are really just commonsense precautions to stay safe.
- Per your signed waiver, do not play if you have any Covid-19 symptoms, no matter how minor (fever, cough, runny nose, congestion, aches, sore throat, muscle fatigue).
- Each golfer must bring a mask and must wear it whenever he or she is indoors or whenever he or she is outdoors but it is impractical to social distance.The event leader may require masks to be worn at all times during the event.
- Each golfer must bring hand sanitizer and is reminded to sanitize his or her hands after touching any door, door handle, counter, flag stick or any other surface which is touched by members of the public.Sanitize your pull cart handle.
- Maintain social distancing or, if impractical, wear a mask.For example, either wear a mask or stay off the tee box when another golfer is driving, and either wear a mask or stay off the green when another golfer is putting.
- Don’t touch the clubs or equipment of another golfer and don’t use his or her phone, golf balls or tees.
- The course has been set up to limit touch points by removing bunker rakes, sand bottles, water coolers, ball washers, etc.The cups have been set up to stop the balls from going entirely into the hole for touchless retrieval.So do not touch another golfer’s ball.
- Refrain from shaking hands, high fives, fist bumps or close group photos.
- Do not congregate with your golf partners or others in the parking lot before or after your round.
- The clubhouse is open with limited capacity inside at one time – this includes use of the restrooms, and any purchases from the grill.The Golf Shop is currently open with limited capacity.When indoors, wear your mask.
- Face masks are required when inside the clubhouse.You must also follow all posted signage and staff directions.
- The event leader may ask any golfer who fails to follow these procedures to leave the event for his or her safety and that of the other golfers.
- Marovitz Golf Course is managed by Billy Casper Golf management company.
