Club trips are kept between 25 and 42 people and are comprised of men and women who ski and/or enjoy other winter activities.  Athletic ability is not an issue; the club has members ranging from white-knuckled beginners to black-diamond daredevils.

 
All LPSC trips include airfare, hotel, lift tickets and ground transportation.  In addition, the majority of the lodging is at ski-in/ski-out facilities.  All of the trips are very social with optional group outings as well as après ski gatherings.

We typically offer three Western Ski Trips per season to outstanding destinations like Aspen/Snowmass, Vail and Park City.  Our trips are nicely spaced out with one each month in January, February and March.  We try to offer one upscale, one mid-range and one value trip each ski season. This approach is designed so that every member has an opportunity to select at least one trip that fits their vacation schedule, taste and budget.

Our club has been in operation for over 50 years and is managed by an all volunteer board of directors.  Our members are extremely active, interested in meeting new people and making new friends.

In addition to skiing, the club provides our members with several other sporting options.  We offer an organized golf league, numerous coordinated bike rides, and other social activities like cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, kayaking & paddle boarding, dog beach outings, bowling and hiking.  The club also hosts various social events including monthly happy hours, summer rooftop outings, beer garden outings, international dinners, Chicago Bears football gatherings, wine tastings and more.

We kick off our year by opening up our trips for sale at our Trips Signup Party in late summer.  Then in mid fall we celebrate the ski season with a Beginning of the season party.  Lastly, in May we wrap up the year with an End of Season Party.  Members and non-members are welcome to join us for social activities and to learn more about our club and our exciting ski trips.
