Requirements:
Trip Participants must be Active members.
Lodging is a requirement to participate on our trips.  Lodging prices assume double occupancy. 

**Prices listed below exclude any fuel surcharges for Air and Ground transportation.  These prices are subject to change and if imposed by the carriers, then they will need to be collected from/paid for by the trip participants.

Airline Prices listed below do not include any baggage fees.  All baggage fees are the responsibility of the trip participant.

Early Bird payments: at least $500 must be paid at sign-up and the balance must be paid in full by the early bird date.  Payments received after the required due dates will result in regular pricing.

Payments by Zelle are not subject to any convenience fees.
Payments by Credit Card are subject to approximately 3.5% Convenience Fee of the total trip package.
Payments by Check are subject to a Convenience Fee of $25.

By signing up for this trip, you agree to abide by ALL LPSC Trip/Cancellation Policies and you agree to LPSC's Liability Waiver.

We encourage everyone to purchase trip insurance.

Our cancellation policies from our Trips providers continue to be restrictive.  The cancellation fee is $125.00.  Please read our cancellation policies and click on the link at the bottom of this page.

NOTE: Refunds are not guaranteed.  

Also Note: if you purchase our group "Air" and decide to cancel it, then refunds may not be available.  Each airline has different policies for group air.  Some have penalty fees, some provide a credit in the form of a voucher (with an expiration date) and others just don't allow for refunds or credits at all.

The convenience fee is added if any portion of the trip price is paid by Credit Card or paid by Check.
 
Our preferred payment method is Zelle.   Please note that there is no link on our Website to initiate the Zelle payment process with your bank.  After you have selected all your trip activities, acknowledged our policies and signed our liability waiver the system will ask you to complete the registration.  After clicking on the "Complete Registration" button a final payment page will appear and near the top of this page is a red “Payment Method” drop down menu.  Please DO NOT choose any options on this menu.  Instead go directly to the bottom of the page and click on the "Pay later" button.  NEXT, GO TO YOUR BANK APP to start the Zelle payment process.  Remember to use our e-mail to pay us.  It is PAYLPSC@GMAIL.COM   When you pay us, please enter the following separated by commas: your first and last name, the LPSC event you are paying for and the amount you are paying.  Please send a separate payment for each person.

Note: Very Important Credit Card Payment Information:
If you pay by Credit Card (either intentionally or accidentally) then you will be charged the Credit Card Convenience fee of 3.5% on the entire trip amount.  There is absolutely no way to reverse this charge.  ONLY CLICK ON THE "SUBMIT PAYMENT NOW" BUTTON IF YOU INTEND TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD.

Note: Our exclusive group pricing goes up on September 6th.  Keep in mind that the Ikon passes are non-refundable/non-transferable products.  Also, Ikon pass reservations are required for Aspen/Snowmass and Jackson Hole destinations.  Reserve on Ikon website starting August 1, 2024.
