Golf League 2022 Alternate/Substitute registration
How about a last minute round of golf? Stay for drinks & food afterwards.
Where: Sydney Marovitz 9-hole golf course by Lake Michigan, Chicago.
When: Every Monday night from June 6th - August 15th. Starting time: 5:00 PM.

Coordinator will contact you if he needs a substitute on a specific date.
If asked
to golf, then make your payment on our website. Go to the specified date on our "Event Calendar" select "Golf Alternate Payment Process" and follow the prompts. Greens Fee Cost per night: Pay by Zelle - $25, Pay by Credit Card - $28
All golfers must agree to abide by the LPSC Golf League Policies
on our website and sign our Liability waiver. Please Note, a $30 Fee will be
charged if a sub would like to attend the Golf dinner at the end of our season.
