Things to note this year:
Early Bird Pricing - ends on the early bird date or after 20 sign-ups, whichever is sooner. (Jackson Hole and Snowbird are the exceptions offering only 16 early bird spots.)
Early Bird payments: at least $500 must be paid at sign-up and the balance must be paid in full by the early bird date.
Early bird payments must be made by Zelle or credit card.
Payments received after the required due dates will result in regular pricing.
Payments by Zelle are not subject to any convenience fees.
Payments by Credit Card are subject to approximately 3.5% Convenience fee of the total trip package
Payments by Check are subject to a Convenience Fee of $25. (See trips details for payment and mailing instructions.)

The cancellation fee is $125. Please read our cancellation policies (See trips details.)

In order to register on an LPSC trip, the participant must:
- Be a member in good standing for the current season
- Must purchase lodging
- Complete our trips registration process
- Sign the liability waiver
- Agree and abide by all LPSC trip policies
